Ten years behind the bar.Then she built her own.

Michala Spohr started bartending at 21, when a friend put her behind the bar, and she fell in love with the work.

Clubs moved too fast for her, so she took her craft to weddings. During COVID she rebuilt a trailer by hand: stained the counters, painted the cabinets twice to get the green right, and named it The Blair.

Today our team pours weddings, birthdays and company parties from Williamsburg to Virginia Beach, and our bookings come by word of mouth.
