The Blair, dressed for a wedding2 bartenders for up to 150 guests, a greenery photo wall and draft taps. What your reception looks like.
We arrive early
We pull in 90 minutes before your start, set up the bar and collect the alcohol you bought, so the bar is ready when your first guest walks in.
The bar that fits the room
The Blair parks outside with 2 bartenders for up to 150 guests. The Pop Up Bar is freestanding, so it sets up in a hall or on a patio with 1 bartender for up to 75. For a big crowd, we set up more than one.
Your hours, your bartenders
The bar closes when your booked hours do, and extra hours can be added to your quote. A bigger crowd adds a bartender at $50 an hour.

What couples ask us first.
How far ahead should I book?
Most of our events book 7 to 8 months out, and dates go first come, first served. A closer date is still worth asking about.
What if it rains?
We can't hold rain dates, because each date is booked well in advance. Plan a tent or cover in front of the bar and we keep serving.
How do deposits and payments work?
A request or a quote doesn't hold your date. A signed contract and a 50% deposit do. The deposit goes toward your total.
The balance is due 30 days before your event. If your event is less than 30 days away when you book, the full amount is due at booking. We take payment through Square, which accepts most major cards.
Tell us your wedding date and guest count.
We reply with an itemized quote.
